All orders placed via the webshop or telesales between 29.11.2018 and 20.12.2018 will be shipped free of charge* to all EU countries** and will enjoy an extended return period until 4.1.2019. (except Band Change)

Shipping within Austria

Free shipping for orders starting from 100 EUR

Shipping with DPD PAKET INLAND 

Shipping time: Delivery within 1-2 workdays. Your order/shipping number will be sent to you automatically by e-mail or text message. Order is trackable at http://www.dpd.at/paketsuche.html ; under „ input order/shipping number“.

Free shipping for orders starting from 150 EUR (only Fedex International Economy)

ATTENTION: „Express“ only pertains to the shipment process, the production of personalized jewelry will NOT be expedited!



Shipping outside the EU

Customs and other fees for shipping outside the EU:

We ask for your understanding that for deliveries outside the EU import duties / import taxes / other fees may apply as soon as the parcel is delivered.

These fees and customs clearances must be paid by our customers or by the recipient. The sender has no control over these charges, which vary from one country to another. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Due to our partnership with FedEx, we unfortunately cannot ship to the following countries:

- Russia

 

Please be aware, that we can't take responsibilty for delivery complications on our delivery partners side.

 

Should you be unsatisfied with the delivered product(s) or should the product(s) not be according to your expectations, you can return the product by sending it to us within 14 days (§ 4 TOS - Right of Withdrawal).

Christmas orders received between November 27th and December 22nd may be exchanged or returned until 14 days after Christmas.

Personalized products as well as adjusted products (e.i: engravings, personal size changes) unfortunately cannot be sent back (Exemptions to the right of withdrawal). Perfumes in the original unopened packaging are eligible for a refund. Should the cellophane not be on the packaging then the perfume is no longer eligible for a refund. 

 

Note: The costs for a wristband change in the case of returns or exchange cannot be refunded (Exemptions to the right of withdrawal).

 

Note: Orders made online or via telephone can only be sent back via mail. Articles that are purchased in one of our stores can only be returned in store.

 

There may be allowances of extended return dates in the case of special and time-limited sales (e.i: extended return period for Christmas presents), this will be explicitly written on the website during the time of the specific sale and is only applicable in the given time frame. 

Please return products in its original packaging when possible. In any case, we ask that you send the packet, under disclosure of the order number, to:

The shipping costs for returns are to be covered by the customer. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted and consequently sent back to the customer. We will send you a credit accordingly upon passing inspection of the returned product as well as a refund to your credit card.

 

The contract partner is WENNA GmbH, Plankengasse 1, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Delivery is carried out by DPD PAKETDIENST GMBH (within Austria) or FedEx Express (outside of Austria) and is commissioned by Anna Inspiring Jewellery (A.I.J.), Seilergasse 19,1010 Vienna.
